Based in Needham Market, just to the north west of Ipswich, we are a wholly independent practice of Chartered Town Planners and Chartered Surveryors and became a limited company in 2007.

The practice works in a wide variety of sectors including; market and affordable housing, regeneration, commercial, residential, retail, education, industrial, health, hotel and leisure, mixed use, agricultural, renewable energy and minerals and waste.

Permission was granted for the erection of a single dwelling in Maylandsea. Key issues that were overcome include PPS25 & Zone 3 flooding and Maldon district's 5 year land supply

Peecock Short Ltd has been working with Archial Architects on a regeneration project near Ipswich waterfront for a mix of uses including; student accommodation, entertainment venue, medical centre, shops, cafe and offices. This scheme has now secured planning permission.

Peecock Short Ltd has obtained outline planning consent for the erection of 12 dwellings in the countryside near Barham. We are currently marketing the site for sale.

Peecock Short has recently obtained planning permission for six dwellings just outside the settlement boundary for the village of Brandeston in Suffolk.
